Thank you for interest in being seen in our clinic. We are so glad you found us!

We are currently undergoing booking platform changes.

Please visit our website back after October 15 to book an appointment. Currently our next available new patient appointment is mid-November.

Our top asked questions are below. If you have others, feel free reach out to us through the contact form.

  • We believe in the healing nature of the clinician-patient relationship. We also believe that women need time, space, access, and a well-informed clinician to partner with them in their health and wellness journey. This type of practice structure focuses on disease prevention, chronic disease management, and personalized medicine.

A membership helps us do just that. We have a small panel of patients, a small staff, and we leave insurance out of the picture.

  • We ask all patients to have a 90 minute initial consultation before joining our membership. This serves a few purposes. One, we can make sure it feels well aligned for you. Second, even if you don’t want to join our membership, a consultation will provide you with clarity, information, and a well-informed opinion on your care.

Should you choose to join a membership, this will begin 30 days after the initial consultation.

    Initial consultation: $650

    Monthly investment: $250

*5% discount if paid for year in full

    *3 month minimum commitment

  • No. We are out of network providers, and we do not bill insurance for our services.

You may choose to use insurance for labs, imaging, medications, and referrals. This is why in our booking process we will ask for your insurance information (if you have it).

Whether your HSA/FSA can be used for membership fees, is determined by your employer and/or insurance carrier. You must check with them prior to utilizing this!

  • Yes you can. All new patients whether in state or out of state can book a consult. You will receive information about perimenopause, menopause, sexual health, hormone health, and lifestyle medicine. In order to continue with your plan of care or to receive prescriptions or lab orders, you must sign up for a membership.

  • Yes. As long as your insurance is on file with us, we can bill those services to your insurance. You will be responsible for your bill once your insurance claim is processed. For those who are uninsured or underinsured, we offer upfront payment for cash labs.

  • We recommend having a PCP in the event that CCWW cannot see you for acute concerns.

CCWW focuses on prevention, management of chronic disease, lifestyle medicine, and hormone wellness. For more breakdown of our scope, check it out here.

We can order your mammogram, perform your Pap test, refer you for colon cancer testing. We do not do IUD insertions, surgery, or other specialized procedures. If you need that, you can use your own OBGYN or we can give you a referral.

  • We offer a consultation in place to any commitment to our membership to make sure that it is a mutual good fit. We see many people with complex medical histories, and we also see people with very straightforward cases.

Christina has dedicated a lot of time, energy, and resources to learn about menopause, hormone health, sexual health, pelvic pain conditions, and she continues to pour into on going learning. She has dedicated her practice to this scope since 2020.

Due to our busy clinic, we are unable to do phone consultations ahead of the visit.
